>Home for a night. I have been all over the place. Zeeland in the South, Naaldwijk in the Middle, Steenwijk in the North, Hoogezand in the North-East. Last weekend we were in Belgium.
It has been really intense and really wonderful. To have the chance to see Melanie perform every night, to be able to listen to her incredible, sensitive, emotional voice, to hear her strum her guitar and to enjoy her son Beau playing his unique style is a gift that I hold dearly in my heart.
I feel so grateful to be able to do this and to enjoy the company of these two wonderful artists.
This weekend we stayed in the pittoresque Bed&Breakfast Sogni d’Oro (Golden dreams) in the country side in Limburg where we were guests of Franco and Jenny and their dog Woefke. We had a delicious Italian meal on Friday, slept in the beautiful rooms and woke up to the sounds of chirping birds.
Tomorrow we have Melanie’s last theater performance in Veldhoven, that’s back in the South and then we can enjoy the tulips, music and more for some days.
Last date in Netherlands is a club in Rijssen.
